At Jaye's Cleaning Soultions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 2 days of service completion.
Refund/Resolution Options: We will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost if the complaint is verified and reasonable. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may issue a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds are only provided when: The issue was reported promptly. The complaint is verified and reasonable. The payment was made in full for the original service.
