These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Jaye's Cleaning Soultions services and website.
By hiring or continuing to use our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Jaye's Cleaning Soultions provides professional commercial cleaning services across Ontario. All cleaning services are carried out according to the written service agreement, quote, or proposal provided to the client.
2. Estimates and Quotes:
All quotes are based on the information provided by the client and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Any changes to service scope, frequency, or access may result in adjusted pricing.
3. Scheduling and Access:
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property on scheduled cleaning days. If our team is unable to access the premises, a missed-service fee may apply.
4. Payments:
Payment is due within 2 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 10% late fee per month.We accept payments by e-transfer, cheque, direct deposit and cash.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with insufficient notice may be subject to a 20% charge.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee:
We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.We will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost if the claims a reasonable and justified.
7. Liability and Insurance[:
Jaye's Cleaning Soultions are not liable for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or defects.Clients must remove or secure valuables prior to cleaning. Our team follows strict safety protocols as required by Ontario’s Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA).
8. Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 3 days written notice. Outstanding balances must be settled before the final service.
9. Privacy:
All client information is handled in compliance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).We do not share or sell client information to third parties.
10. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
